Suggested use

We recommend starting with 1 capsule per day working up to 3 caps per day based on desired results. We do not recommend exceeding 6 capsules in a day. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration.

Important warnings

Turkesterone is not for use by persons under the age of 21. DO NOT use if pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician prior to use if you are taking medication including, but not limited to: MAO inhibitors, anti-depressants, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine or other stimulants. Consult your physician prior to use if you have any existing medical condition including but not limited to heart, liver, kidney or thyroid diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Immediately discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headaches, rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath.
