Aliness Vitamin B Complex B-50 Methyl TMG Plus is a capsule food supplement formulated for adults. Each capsule provides betaine anhydrous (TMG), magnesium taurate, VitaCholine® choline, B vitamins, inositol, PABA, Quatrefolic® folate and fermented methylcobalamin vitamin B12. The label states that vitamins B6 and B12, folic acid and choline contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. The product is supplied as 100 VEGE capsules and is labelled gluten free, soy free and lactose free. Take 1 capsule during a meal.
